| Hui Jenny Chen, MD, UCLA
Resident, President California Radiological Society, Junior Member
Representative to the LARS Board of Directors, has been elected by
the American College of Radiology Board of Chancellors as one of two
Members In Training. As a member in training Dr. Chen will
attend the Intersociety Summer conference and write a report on the
conference for the ACR bulletin and Web Site. Congratulations
to Dr. Chen for her involvement in the Radiology community.
Kenneth W. Chin, MD, FACR, LARS Past President, and in his second two-year term as a member of of the American College of Radiology Steering Committee, is profiled on the recently unveiled ACR Web Site My Radiologist. The ACR has launched a "Face of Radiology" campaign to educate the public "on exactly what radiologists do and show why their education, training, skills, and experience are vital to providing the highest quality patient care. According to the ACR news release "This comprehensive effort will utilize grassroots efforts, advertising, public relations, patient education materials, and social media to deliver and reinforce the message to patients that your radiologist is the physician expert in diagnosis, patient care, and treatment through medical imaging."
