The service of a summons and complaint on an employer that alleges wrongful termination is every employer’s worst nightmare.  Whether the allegations are true or not, it will require the expenditure of a significant amount of time and money to dispute the allegations, and defend the employer and his business from allegations of wrongful termination.

Membership Dues:
  As of this date there are 17 SCROS members, 61 Technologists and 113 LARS Physician Members with dues outstanding.  Final invoices will be mailed in a few weeks.  After a short grace period those members with dues outstanding will have their memberships suspended.  Reactivation of membership requires submission of a membership application and approval by the LARS/SCROS Management Committee.  Remember, LARS/SCROS members receive significant discounts to educational events - and the benefits of your volunteer Board of Directors', Continuing Education Committees' and ACR Councilors' expertise and insights in matters of legislative and socioeconomic importance to you, your practice, and your patients.
