Pasadena Convention Center -The Pasadena Convention Center, a
state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of thriving downtown
Pasadena, is the home of LARS' 62nd Annual Midwinter Conference.
All sessions, including the commercial exhibit, will be located in the
new 25,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom - part of the Center's newly
completed $150 million expansion.

~The Pasadena Civic Center:
Built in 1931, the historic 3,029-seat Pasadena Civic Auditorium is one
of the most revered performance halls in the nation. The Civic has
played host to Broadway musicals, world class ballet, symphony
orchestras and celebrity speakers as well as the Prime Time Emmy Awards,
and the People's Choice Awards. |

~Dining and shopping: Pasadena
is home to 500 restaurants - many within easy walking distance of the
convention Center. A 90-minute lunch break is scheduled Saturday
to allow delegates to explore this foodie's paradise. Just a block from
the Center to the West is Historic Old Pasadena boasting more than 100
world class restaurants, sidewalk cafes and bistros. Within
Pasadena's 1.5-mile downtown core, you'll find three shopping and
entertainment districts: Old
Pasadena, The Pasadena
Playhouse District and
South Lake Avenue. For unique and artsy try one of the many
